Damages and issues
Princess please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customer service & satisfaction if our highest priority. We aim to make you a happy Princess 👑

Lost Items
We will always send you a tracking number once your item ships. If for any reason your package is lost during transit please contact the shipping courier for insurance claims. Once the package leaves our facility we rely on the shipping company to get your Iconic items to you at the scheduled date.Â
